Category Merchandise Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Merchant to join its experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute assortment strategies that support licensing targets and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the assortment process from design to launch and manage the production launch calendar
• Manage relationships with licensing representatives and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Merchandising Manager in ecommerce or retail
• Experience working with licensed brands, preferably Disney
• Strong creative and design perspective with the ability to translate trends into revenue-driving assortments
• BA/BS degree in merchandising, graphic design, fashion design, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
