Category Planning Manager

Job Summary

Managing strategic style-level plans, the full-time remote Category Planning Manager will optimize inventory, maximize sales, and analyze historical trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive pre-season item-level sales and inventory plans aligned with financial targets
• Re-forecast item-level plans in season and analyze monthly actuals to identify inventory risks and opportunities
• Partner with Product on line creation and execute style, color, and size purchasing to support all sales channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, economics, operations management, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in planning, finance, or supply chain analysis
• Strong understanding of financial measurements such as sales, gross margin, and sell-through rates
• Experience with planning software; Toolio preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
