Driving business results for the Scott Towels brand, the full-time Category Sales Manager will serve as a subject matter expert while managing customer business plans, delivering financial objectives, and collaborating with sales teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Influence customer business plans to align with category and brand strategies, ensuring financial results
- Deliver programs based on insights and customer/channel needs as the Voice of Customer
- Assess business dynamics and develop corrective action plans to meet national targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Brand, Category, and Customer management experience
- Strong persuasive, sales, and analytical skills
- Experience in creating and managing sustainable customer relationships
