Job Summary
A company is looking for a Category Specialist to support Category Leader teams in reducing total cost of ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide process and procedure support across multiple portfolios related to contract pricing and onboarding
- Monitor and facilitate pricing discrepancies and ensure appropriate governance for systems
- Assist in training and education of department functions and develop category strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project management, purchasing, or sourcing
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, or 1-3 years equivalent experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience working in supply chain procurement
- Familiarity with strategic eProcurement platforms
