Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Specialist to support Category Leader teams in reducing total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide process and procedure support across multiple portfolios related to contract pricing and onboarding
  • Monitor and facilitate pricing discrepancies and ensure appropriate governance for systems
  • Assist in training and education of department functions and develop category strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, purchasing, or sourcing
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree, or 1-3 years equivalent experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience working in supply chain procurement
  • Familiarity with strategic eProcurement platforms
