Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catering & Guest Relations CSR II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Guest Relations and Catering operations through advanced case management and issue resolution
  • Manage catering orders end-to-end, ensuring seamless communication and fulfillment
  • Research and resolve guest cases from multiple channels, maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or catering operations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, OLO, Monkey Media, Aloha, and CashStar
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
