Job Summary
A company is looking for a Catering & Guest Relations CSR II.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Guest Relations and Catering operations through advanced case management and issue resolution
- Manage catering orders end-to-end, ensuring seamless communication and fulfillment
- Research and resolve guest cases from multiple channels, maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or catering operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, OLO, Monkey Media, Aloha, and CashStar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Bilingual skills are a plus
