Job Summary
Overseeing catering and convention service operations, the full-time hybrid Task Force Catering & Convention Services Manager will manage event details from inquiry to execution, collaborate with various teams, and ensure compliance with brand standards and budgetary goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage event logistics, including planning, execution, and client communication
- Collaborate with sales, culinary, and banquet teams to meet guest expectations and prepare necessary documentation
- Monitor event performance, address service issues, and train local teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Experience in catering and convention services management, including event planning and execution
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency in creating event documentation such as contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Experience in full-service hotels or resorts with knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management or related field
