Catering Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catering Sales Coordinator to support a busy catering sales and operations team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand catering needs and provide tailored solutions
• Support the operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders
• Enter orders, prepare quotes, and manage standing orders in internal systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Front, Outlook, Monkey, or similar platforms
• Strong background in administrative support and customer service
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with sales reporting and tracking tools
