Catering Services Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary liaison for clients, the full-time Catering Services Manager will plan and execute group room blocks, meetings, conferences, and catering events, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of meetings, multi-day conferences, social events, and room blocks after contract execution
• Prepare and distribute detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and collaborate with various hotel departments for seamless event execution
• Maximize client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling hotel services and amenities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conference services, catering, event management, or luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage service, and event logistics
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems such as Amadeus Delphi or similar platforms
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
