Catholic Context Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Catholic Context Manager to support the Church's mission through effective partnerships and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with diocesan partners to implement and support Alpha programs
• Provide training and resources for parish ministry leaders to enhance engagement with Alpha
• Facilitate events and webinars to train and support Catholic leaders in using Alpha effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Practicing Catholic who supports the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church
• Bachelor's degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• 2-5 years of parish ministry experience
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Experience collaborating with diocesan leadership is preferred
