Job Summary
To lead and enhance the cause prioritization process, the full-time salaried Cause Prioritization Lead will manage a portfolio of early-stage grants and respond to innovative opportunities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Improve the cause prioritization process to identify promising emerging areas for grantmaking
- Oversee grant investigations and management in high-priority emerging cause areas while developing a research agenda
- Communicate externally to build a network of experts and source new ideas for grantmaking opportunities
Required qualifications
- Advanced quantitative-oriented degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-10 years of post-graduate work experience in evidence-based decision-making
- Experience in managing teams and supporting professional development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to new topics
