Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Manager to oversee audit engagements and enhance client relationships in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
• Provide client-facing communication and support to hedge funds, private equity, and investment fund sectors
• Conduct risk assessments and internal controls testing, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of auditing experience in the Accounting + Finance industry
• Proven experience with hedge funds, private equity, and investment funds
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and fair value accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of auditors
