Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit Senior to join their team in a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
• Perform NAV calculations and understand fund structures
• Assess and test internal controls and risk, emphasizing SOX compliance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry
• Proven experience with financial statement preparation, NAV calculations, and fund structures
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and fair value accounting
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or similar certification is a plus
• Experience with hedge funds, private equity, or investment funds is highly desirable
