Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to design evidence-informed courses and develop engaging digital content
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and accessibility enhancements for online learning
• Facilitate faculty training and community-building for remote instructors

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in instructional design or a closely related field
• Experience working with faculty in higher education
• Experience designing or supporting online learning, preferably in competency-based education
