CBRNE Enforcement Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-impact AI Safeguards & Trust Operations team, the fully remote Enforcement Operations Specialist (CBRNE) will review flagged user activity, enforce safety policies, label data for AI models, and investigate account abuse over a contract duration of 6 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Review flagged user activity, content, and code for policy violations and enforce safety policies
• Label and classify data to enhance AI models and automated detection systems
• Investigate account abuse and escalate high-risk cases while producing operational reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Enforcement, Cybersecurity, or Investigations
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive and potentially disturbing content
