CCaaS CPaaS Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a CCaaS CPaaS Senior Solutions Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review customer business processes to determine optimization opportunities through the integration of CCaaS/CPaaS
• Consult with client and sales team to develop technical strategy throughout the design, proposal and presentation lifecycle
• Develop advanced process optimizations through CCaaS/CPaaS in response to customer needs and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/MIS/Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience with CCaas/CPaaS and working on the pre-sales engineer side with customers
• Ability to compare leading CCaaS/CPaaS providers
• Working knowledge of networking hardware, communications, and cloud solutions
