CCaaS Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

To support a leading cloud-based contact center software, the remote CCaaS Integrations Engineer will manage the integration of the contact center application with Twilio and other CCaaS providers, focusing on developing calling and messaging workflows, IVRs, and intelligent voice assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complete user stories or bug fixes as outlined by PMs/Product Owners
• Conduct comprehensive unit testing to ensure code quality and participate in peer code reviews
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including deployment manuals and instructional videos

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and AWS (Node.js/Python a plus)
• 2+ years of experience integrating CPaaS and telephony platforms, particularly Twilio
• Strong experience building and securing API layers, including authentication and webhook handling
• Solid front-end skills in Vue.js or React
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and analytics or reporting workflows
