CCL Program Writer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology platform, the part-time CCL Program Writer will manage the development, maintenance, and deployment of Cerner CCL extracts for clinical events and charge transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Author and maintain CCL programs for various clinical and charge data extractions
• Localize scripts for client domains and deploy them at client sites with necessary permissions
• Triage production issues and collaborate with client CCL developers on installations and changes

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cerner CCL, including subroutines and record structures
• Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium tables and common code sets
• Experience with Visual Discern and Discern Scheduler for job configuration
• Domain knowledge in revenue cycle processes and clinical workflows
• Prior experience in a Cerner PA hospital or consulting practice
