Key Responsibilities

Conduct inpatient coding and DRG validation reviews for accuracy and completeness
Validate ICD-10-CM and PCS codes, including principal and secondary diagnoses
Analyze medical record documentation and identify physician query opportunities

Required Qualifications

Current Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification required
3+ years of inpatient coding experience required
2+ years of DRG validation experience required
