CCS Certified Quality Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Inpatient Quality and Education Manager will implement education and quality management initiatives, oversee training programs, and manage the quality management team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of quality management activities and monitor key performance metrics for the QM team
• Develop and implement annual education plans, including compliance training and coding updates
• Provide education and mentoring to coders and auditors based on internal audit findings and trends

Required qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or an associate degree in health information technology with extensive management experience
• Current CCS certification or equivalent credential required
• Experience with Learning Management System development and maintenance
• Strong industry knowledge in mid-revenue cycle operations, coding, and value-based care initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills for creating and delivering educational content
