Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDA Specialist/Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize commission structures to calculate commissions for Real Estate Agents
Review and audit real estate transaction files for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and agents to address commission-related queries and issues

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience with CDA(s) and real estate transaction auditing
Familiarity with real estate transaction processes, contracts, and legal requirements
Proficiency in software such as SkySlope, DocuSign, & ZipForms
Experience with residential, residential leases, and commercial transactions
Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations, laws, and compliance standards
