Job Summary
A company is looking for a CDA Specialist/Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize commission structures to calculate commissions for Real Estate Agents
- Review and audit real estate transaction files for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and agents to address commission-related queries and issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience with CDA(s) and real estate transaction auditing
- Familiarity with real estate transaction processes, contracts, and legal requirements
- Proficiency in software such as SkySlope, DocuSign, & ZipForms
- Experience with residential, residential leases, and commercial transactions
- Knowledge of relevant real estate regulations, laws, and compliance standards
