CDE Governance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of experts, the full-time remote CDE Governance Manager will define, maintain, and deliver high-quality standard operating procedures and best practices while overseeing complex projects to support business unit goals in governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a governance framework for project delivery and operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Manage a knowledge base library and collaborate with teams to produce project templates and supporting documentation
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of recommendations and monitoring progress on corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven (7) years of related experience required
• Five (5) years of client project management experience required
• Five (5) years of management experience preferred
