Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Engagement Specialist for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to CDH members and plan participants
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner through ticketing solution and phone support
  • Process claims, review and evaluate them, and follow up with members
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in claims adjusting, customer service, or phone support
  • Familiarity with Alegeus preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance concepts and practices, including medical insurance, FSA, HSA, and COBRA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to utilize technology and phone systems
