Job Summary
A company is looking for a CDI Education Contractor (RCS Content Manager).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging online CDI learning materials
- Collaborate with experts to develop high-quality course content
- Dedicate approximately 20 hours per week to course development
Required Qualifications:
- RN, Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) or Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)
- 5+ years clinical experience and 3+ years as a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist
- Preferred clinical experience with acute care at a large facility
- Obtain and maintain certification within one year of employment
