CDI Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of CDI professionals, the remote Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Manager will drive successful client engagements, develop and mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals to enhance engagement and professional growth
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and quality to meet client expectations and business objectives
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active CCDS credential; RN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' previous management experience
• Subject matter expertise in CDI within a consulting environment
• Strong culture building skills to enhance employee engagement
