Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Manager of Clinical Documentation Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to CDI operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental performance improvement
  • Monitor and respond to key performance indicators related to coding accuracy and revenue cycle metrics
  • Collaborate with system director for strategic planning and educational resources alignment

Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or current Coding Certification with 5 years of CDI experience
  • 3 years of prior healthcare administration, revenue cycle, or coding experience
  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or Nursing preferred
  • Prior CDI management experience and proficiency in Epic & 3M preferred
