CDL Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Recruiter to lead high-volume driver hiring across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for CDL Class A drivers of the EV fleet
• Manage driver leads and applications inside Tenstreet, including status updates and disposition tracking
• Track and report weekly recruiting KPIs, including leads, hires, and time-to-seat

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume CDL driver recruiting experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation
• Hands-on experience using Tenstreet as an ATS and onboarding platform
• Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and driver qualification file requirements
• Proven ability to manage 50 to 150+ open requisitions in high call volume environments
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking recruiting KPIs and performance metrics
