CDL Driver Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a growing logistics team, the full-time remote CDL Driver Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for drivers, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates through various channels
- Conduct training and orientation programs while ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations
- Manage driver hours and performance metrics while fostering a positive and safe work environment
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in safety and training within the transportation industry
- Previous experience in driver recruitment and safety compliance
- Expertise in HOS and DOT regulations, with a focus on driver welfare
- At least three years of truck driving experience is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about the trucking industry
