CDL Program Director
Job Summary
Serving in a full-time remote capacity, the Director of Training & Quality Assurance will oversee the quality control of the CDL program, ensuring compliance with FMCSA regulations, while developing and training instructional staff to enhance program effectiveness and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new CDL instructional teams and directors on programs and curriculum
- Ensure compliance with training standards and operational best practices across all CDL client platforms
- Analyze testing results to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary training and development plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CDL Class A License
- 5 years of work experience in CDL driving and training
- At least 24 months of experience as a CDL Program Director
- Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations
