Job Summary
A company is looking for a CDL Program Readiness Coordinator responsible for managing student financial packaging and ensuring compliance for CDL candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial portfolios and advise students on funding resources for tuition and program costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance by auditing educational and medical documentation for students
- Track operational metrics and prepare reports on student readiness and funding statuses
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining organization
- Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- 1 year prior experience in Financial Aid & Collections preferred
