CDM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDM Analyst who will manage and implement the Charge Description Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates the Charge Description Master, including annual reviews and quarterly updates
• Processes CDM requests to ensure compliance with billing, coding, and pricing practices
• Conducts audits and analyzes data to ensure regulatory compliance and improve coding functions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Charge Description Master (Required)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) - AAPC (Preferred)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or CRCR certification (Preferred)
