CDM Analyst - Revenue Integrity

Job Summary

Supporting the maintenance and optimization of the Charge Description Master (CDM), the full-time remote CDM Analyst - Revenue Integrity will analyze charge codes, conduct data audits, and ensure regulatory compliance to enhance charge capture processes across clinical departments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze CDM data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with industry standards
• Conduct regular audits of charge and procedure codes, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement
• Assist in updating the CDM by modifying charge codes in response to regulatory changes or departmental needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare auditing, revenue integrity, or revenue cycle management
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an analyst in a healthcare environment with a focus on chargemaster and revenue capture
• Strong knowledge of Chargemaster management and compliance with CMS and third-party payer requirements
• 2+ years of Epic experience, particularly in managing work queues and charge capture functions
• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
