CDMO Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and manufacturing client program activities, the full-time CDMO Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage operational activities for product manufacturing and testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones and deliverables, while facilitating effective communication with clients
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address resource constraints

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or project management
• PMP certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical CDMO with client-facing responsibilities
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel
