CDN Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDN Support Engineer (Talent Pool).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests from customers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the CDN network
• Monitor and analyze CDN network performance and collaborate with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the CDN/Hosting industry
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and web protocols like SSL/TLS
• Familiarity with DNS, CDN, VOD, DDoS protection, and load-balancing concepts
• Ability to debug issues using common diagnostic tools
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
