Job Summary
A company is looking for a CDN Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support requests from customers and internal teams through Zendesk and Discord
- Troubleshoot application-layer networking problems in CDN environments
- Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CDN industry
- Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and web protocols like SSL/TLS
- Understanding of core concepts such as DNS, VOD, DDoS protection, and load balancing
- Experience using diagnostic tools like curl, traceroute, and MTR
- Awareness of security best practices related to CDN operations
