Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDN Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle technical support requests from customers and internal teams through Zendesk and Discord
  • Troubleshoot application-layer networking problems in CDN environments
  • Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CDN industry
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and web protocols like SSL/TLS
  • Understanding of core concepts such as DNS, VOD, DDoS protection, and load balancing
  • Experience using diagnostic tools like curl, traceroute, and MTR
  • Awareness of security best practices related to CDN operations
