CDN Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDN Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers troubleshoot technical issues through Zendesk and Discord
• Investigate delivery and performance issues involving caching, HTTP behavior, SSL/TLS, DNS configuration, and origin connectivity
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on bugs or platform issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting developer-facing infrastructure
• Solid understanding of core internet technologies, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and caching
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production issues affecting live customer traffic
• Confidence using diagnostic tools such as curl, dig, and traceroute
• Genuine curiosity about internet infrastructure and a desire to keep learning
