CDP Consultant

Job Summary

Promoting and enforcing information security practices, the full-time remote CDP Consultant will identify and assess security risks, ensure compliance with data protection standards, and integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use and malware protection
• Identify, assess, and report security risks impacting the confidentiality and integrity of information assets
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA

Required qualifications

• Experience in information security practices and risk assessment
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Understanding of data lifecycle management and protection measures
• Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred
• Background in IT or data management roles
