Job Summary

A company is looking for a CDS Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for network providers, physicians, and members.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process authorization request intake via phone, fax, and web
• Verify eligibility and completeness of authorization requests
• Provide customer service to callers following up on existing authorization requests

Required Qualifications

• 0 or more years of applicable work experience
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 year of applicable experience in medical, healthcare, or contact center settings (preferred)
• Ability to operate computer programs and software
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment
