Job Summary

A company is looking for a CE Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Practice Director to drive strategic initiatives for delivery efficiency and client satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure practice health and alignment with strategic initiatives
• Lead and coach team members while managing project health and client relationships

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations
• Proven practice management, people management, or consulting leadership experience
• Experience with integration and automation tools like Celigo and Power Automate
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles
