Cell Therapy Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex patient cases remotely, the full-time Cell Therapy Case Manager will coordinate the treatment journey for tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert while collaborating with patients, caregivers, and treatment centers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy from referral through post-infusion
• Serve as the primary contact for patients and providers, providing expertise on TIL therapy workflows
• Collaborate with treatment centers and internal teams to ensure alignment across critical milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant healthcare or biopharma experience
• Direct experience with TIL therapy or closely related workflows
• 2+ years of case management or care coordination in oncology
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases independently
