Cell Therapy Case Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex patient cases for tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, the full-time remote Cell Therapy Case Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to patients and providers, coordinating treatment journeys from referral through post-infusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy, ensuring timely progression through all treatment phases
• Collaborate with treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams to facilitate effective patient care
• Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant healthcare or biopharma experience
• Direct experience with TIL therapy or closely related workflows
• 2+ years of case management or care coordination in oncology
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases independently
