Census Management Analyst

Job Summary

Reviewing client census data and ensuring accuracy, the full-time remote Census Management Analyst will manage discrepancies, monitor DME usage metrics, and support operational data integrity through collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review client census data and identify discrepancies between hospice census records and active DMETrack patients
• Partner with clients and providers to verify, correct, and maintain accurate census information
• Monitor DME usage metrics and profitability indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, data support, or analytics preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and summarize findings
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in healthcare, hospice, or durable medical equipment preferred
