Census Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Census Management Analyst will review client census data, verify and maintain accurate records, and monitor DME usage metrics to support operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review client census data and identify discrepancies between hospice census records and active DMETrack patients
• Partner with clients and providers to verify, correct, and maintain accurate census information
• Monitor DME usage metrics and profitability indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support, data analytics, or information presentation preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and summarize findings
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Experience in healthcare, hospice, or durable medical equipment preferred
