Census Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Census Management Analysts, the full-time remote Census Management Supervisor will lead training initiatives, monitor profitability metrics, and resolve escalated issues while managing team performance and conducting audits.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train Census Management Analysts, focusing on workflow improvements
• Monitor metrics to identify trends and implement action plans for profitability and client issues
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external communication and training

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead role
• 5+ years of experience interfacing with customers and/or vendors
• Experience leading data audits and familiarity with healthcare or medical fields preferred
• Six Sigma experience or certification is preferred
