Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Notice Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve the on-wiki Central Notice workflow and policies to reduce volunteer energy required for effective campaigns
  • Support Central Notice administrators in monitoring and addressing banner request problems
  • Enhance access to design and analytics tools for informed decision-making regarding Central Notice usage

Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with technical or administrative processes on Wikimedia wikis, preferably with Central Notice experience
  • Experience in producing technical documentation and online workflows for user engagement
  • Ability to collect and interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Experience teaching technology to empower users and creating training materials
  • Experience working in community and volunteer environments
