- Manage the STRIVE and regression pathways to support individuals' journeys
- Achieve national outreach targets and adapt practices as needed
- Ensure seamless transitions between virtual support and in-person care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in a healthcare-focused business with remote team leadership
- At least three years of direct supervisory experience managing certified peer recovery specialists
- Experience in multidisciplinary settings providing holistic care
- Startup experience is strongly preferred
