Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the STRIVE and regression pathways to support individuals' journeys
  • Achieve national outreach targets and adapt practices as needed
  • Ensure seamless transitions between virtual support and in-person care
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience in a healthcare-focused business with remote team leadership
  • At least three years of direct supervisory experience managing certified peer recovery specialists
  • Experience in multidisciplinary settings providing holistic care
  • Startup experience is strongly preferred
