Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of hotels, the full-time Central Revenue Manager will identify and maximize revenue opportunities through data analysis and strategic decision-making while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
  • Conduct group evaluation and displacement analysis to assess impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spending
  • Prepare weekly strategy reports and monthly sell strategies for the booking window in collaboration with hotel teams
Required qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple properties or markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with and understand financial information and data
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a hotel or related field desired
