Central Revenue Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of hotels, the full-time Central Revenue Manager will identify and maximize revenue opportunities by analyzing data, managing revenue strategies, and collaborating with property teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
- Conduct group evaluation and displacement analysis to assess impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend
- Prepare and present weekly strategy reports and monthly sell strategies for the booking cycle
Required qualifications
- Experience with multiple properties or markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel or related field desired
