A company is looking for a Central Scheduler to outreach and engage members, schedule appointments, answer questions, and resolve conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for new and existing members with care teams
- Outreach and engage new members, introducing them to services
- Confirm appointments and ensure members are prepared
Required Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
- Able to meet productivity targets while working remotely
- Prior scheduling experience, preferably using EHRs
