Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Central Scheduling Coordinator will manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, handle customer interactions via various communication channels, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patients and manage communications through phone, email, chat, and fax
- Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to enhance customer service and scheduling efficiency
- Register patients accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office support skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required
