Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Central Scheduling Coordinator will manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, handle customer interactions via various communication channels, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and manage communications through phone, email, chat, and fax
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to enhance customer service and scheduling efficiency
  • Register patients accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office support skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required
