Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler for Central Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a world-class patient experience through positive interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Accurately schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments, and pre-register patients using EPIC
  • Identify and resolve patient needs to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) while managing Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance (QA) scoring
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field of study (preferred)
  • 1 year of healthcare or call center experience (preferred)
